Reeman Deligo is an autonomous food delivery robot and robot waiter designed for restaurants, hotels, bars and other hospitality environments. Its three removable trays can carry up to 10 kg each, allowing the Deligo restaurant robot to transport several dishes or drinks during a single journey. Multi-point delivery lets the robot automatically plan an efficient route between several predefined destinations.
Deligo combines Laser SLAM, LiDAR with a detection range of up to 25 metres and 3D cameras to continuously monitor its surroundings, avoid obstacles and adjust its route when necessary. An independent suspension system helps the service robot remain stable on uneven flooring and reduces shaking when transporting drinks or liquid dishes. It can also navigate passages as narrow as 80 cm, making it suitable for restaurants where space between tables is limited.
With 10-12 hours of working time, automatic return to charging, tray-light guidance and configurable voice notifications, Deligo is designed to reduce repetitive walking for restaurant and hotel staff.
