OrionStar LuckiBot Pro Autodoor is an autonomous hotel robot designed for secure and contact-minimised room service delivery. Unlike an open-tray service robot, it uses an enclosed 69L storage compartment with automatic falcon-wing doors and a password lock, keeping meals, drinks, amenities and other guest deliveries protected until collection. This makes it particularly suitable as a room delivery robot for hotels, resorts and other hospitality properties where privacy and hygiene are important.

The robot combines LiDAR with three RGBD cameras to monitor its surroundings, navigate autonomously and avoid obstacles. A large 14-inch Full HD screen supports interaction with guests, while the six-microphone array enables voice interaction. With up to 12 hours of typical cruising time and automatic return to charging, LuckiBot Pro Autodoor can support frequent hotel deliveries with limited staff involvement.
