OrionStar LuckiBot is an AI-powered robot waiter and service robot designed to support staff with repetitive transport and guest-facing tasks. In Delivery Mode, LuckiBot can carry meals and drinks between predefined locations, while Collection Mode allows the same restaurant robot to help return used dishes. Cruise Mode can be used to circulate snacks or drinks along a predefined route, while Greeting and Guidance modes allow the robot to welcome guests, display promotional content and lead visitors to selected destinations.
LuckiBot combines adjustable open trays with a maximum total payload of 40 kg, a 10.1-inch touchscreen and up to 10 hours of typical cruising time. Its 3D depth detection and Dual SLAM navigation help the service robot detect obstacles, maintain its route and move safely through busy environments. A six-microphone array provides 360° voice pickup at distances of up to 5 metres.
