OrionStar GreetingBot AD is an autonomous reception robot and customer service robot designed for retail stores, shopping centres, showrooms, exhibitions, corporate lobbies and other high-traffic commercial spaces. It can proactively greet visitors, answer questions about products, promotions or the venue, and autonomously guide customers to selected departments, shelves or service points.

Its key advantage is the dual-screen design. A 14-inch touchscreen is used for direct interaction, while the large 21.5-inch Full HD display can continuously show promotional videos, product information, event schedules or advertising content as the robot moves around the venue. GreetingBot AD supports 46+ languages, making it particularly useful as a multilingual AI reception robot in international customer-facing environments.

For autonomous operation, the service robot uses LiDAR and multi-sensor fusion with centimetre-level positioning accuracy. It can navigate aisles as narrow as approximately 60 cm, operate for around 8–10 hours, and automatically return to its LiDAR-guided charging dock. Wi-Fi 6, 4G connectivity and support for multi-robot coordination also make GreetingBot AD suitable for larger commercial deployments.
