OrionStar CarryBot D1-150 is an autonomous warehouse robot and material transport AMR designed to take repetitive carrying tasks away from employees. With a maximum 150 kg payload, it can transport boxes, components, inventory and supplies between storage areas, workstations or departments. Its compact footprint and minimum clearance of just 65 cm also make this delivery robot useful beyond traditional warehouses - for example, moving stock in supermarkets or delivering towels, drinks and supplies around large hotels.
The autonomous mobile robot combines LiDAR, three depth cameras and V-SLAM 2.0 for navigation and obstacle avoidance, with positioning accuracy down to 1 cm. CarryBot supports point-to-point and multi-stop delivery, smart summon, follow-me operation and multi-robot cooperation. Up to 12 hours of runtime, automatic charging and a 14-inch Full HD touchscreen make the CarryBot D1-150 suitable for frequent everyday material transport with minimal staff involvement.
Runtime and performance depend on the space and operating conditions.
