Organised multi-level transport for parts, supplies and everyday goods.
OrionStar CarryBot 2 D-150 combines autonomous transport with a practical multi-tray design. Each tray supports up to 30 kg, making the robot ideal for organised delivery of components, supplies and inventory across factories, warehouses, retail backrooms and other busy facilities.

OrionStar CarryBot 2 D-150 is an autonomous warehouse robot and logistics AMR designed for organised, multi-level transport. Unlike the flat-top CarryBot 1, CarryBot 2 uses integrated trays rated for up to 30 kg each, allowing different components, orders or supplies to remain separated during transport. This makes the material transport robot particularly useful for production-line replenishment, pick-and-pack operations, inventory movement and repetitive deliveries between departments.
LiDAR, three depth cameras and V-SLAM 2.0 provide autonomous navigation with positioning accuracy of up to 1 cm, while the robot can pass through clearances as narrow as 65 cm. CarryBot 2 supports multi-stop delivery, smart summon, follow-me operation, multi-robot coordination and automatic charging. With up to 12 hours of operation, it can also be adapted for stock movement in supermarkets or organised back-of-house deliveries in large hospitality facilities.
Runtime and performance depend on the space and operating conditions.
Compare the warehouse collectionCarryBot 1 uses a flat-top platform and is better suited to large boxes, containers or custom attachments. CarryBot 2 has an integrated multi-tray configuration, making it better for keeping multiple components, supplies or orders organised during transport.
Each tray is rated for up to 30 kg, while the maximum overall load is 150 kg including the trays. This makes CarryBot 2 suitable for frequent transport of relatively heavy items while keeping loads separated across different levels.
Yes. CarryBot 2 autonomously maps and navigates its environment, avoids obstacles and supports multi-stop delivery. It can also return to its charging dock automatically, with up to 12 hours of runtime and approximately 4.5 hours for a full charge.
