CleaniBot C5 is a high-performance commercial cleaning robot built for demanding environments such as warehouses, factories, shopping centres, transport hubs and large public facilities. With 25 kg of downward scrubbing pressure, a dual-roller brush system and cleaning efficiency of up to 1,980 m²/h, it can tackle stubborn dirt, oil and heavily soiled floors in a single pass. Its 90 L water system and autonomous workstation support long, largely unattended cleaning cycles.

An industrial cleaning robot built for deep cleaning at scale
OrionStar CleaniBot C5 is a heavy-duty commercial cleaning robot designed for large indoor environments where standard floor-cleaning equipment may not provide enough pressure, capacity or endurance. Its dual-roller brush system applies up to 25 kg of downward pressure, helping the robot remove stubborn grime, oil and heavily embedded dirt. OrionStar states a debris-cleaning rate above 95%, making C5 particularly suitable as a warehouse cleaning robot, factory cleaning robot or autonomous floor scrubber for demanding commercial facilities.
CleaniBot C5 combines a 550 mm cleaning width with a maximum cleaning efficiency of 1,980 m²/h and a total water capacity of 90 L - 45 L for clean water and 45 L for wastewater. The industrial cleaning robot can operate for up to 3 hours in scrubbing mode or up to 8 hours in mopping mode, allowing it to cover very large areas before returning for service. Its minimum passing width of 880 mm also allows it to work through relatively narrow passages despite its heavy-duty construction.
With its dedicated workstation, the C5 can automatically recharge, refill clean water, discharge wastewater and rinse its internal tank. A full recharge takes approximately 1.5 hours, while the wastewater tank can be automatically cleaned in around four minutes. For facilities where plumbing modifications are difficult, OrionStar also offers an optional mobile water-tank solution. This level of autonomy makes CleaniBot C5 a strong cleaning robot for warehouses, airports, factories, shopping malls, hospitals and other large commercial spaces where reducing manual cleaning work is a priority.
